xis6 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the xis6 platform. By becoming a member, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
The terms and conditions listed below apply to the use of the xis6 website and all related services. These terms form a binding agreement between xis6 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the platform or opening an account, you agree to comply with all these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the service.
1. General Provisions & Applicability
1.1 Scope of Service
xis6 is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms apply to all products, services, and promotional offers of xis6.
1.2 Right to Modify Terms
xis6 reserves the right to revise, change, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered as your automatic agreement to the new terms. For significant changes, we will notify members by email or through a notice on the platform.
1.3 Language & Interpretation
These terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, xis6's interpretation shall be considered final.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Restriction
xis6's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. xis6 may request an identity document or relevant proof at any time for age verification. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided when opening an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If your information changes, it is your responsibility to update it through account settings or support. xis6 will not be liable for any loss arising from the provision of incorrect information.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All payments on xis6 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer.
3.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. No deposit below this amount will be accepted. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
3.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount for each payment method is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
3.3 Identity Verification
Before a withdrawal, xis6 may complete an identity verification (KYC) process. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.
3.4 Withdrawal via Same Method
Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals via a different method may require additional verification.
4. Bonus & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New xis6 members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200; depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳54,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 (৳1,200 × 25) must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of deposit + bonus.
- Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement — the contribution rate for specific games will be listed on the promotions page.
- The time limit for completing the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is activated.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, providing false information, or coordinated betting activities are strictly prohibited. If xis6 identifies such activities, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
4.4 Other Promotions
xis6 runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. In case of any conflict with the general terms, the specific terms of the promotion will take precedence.
5. Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on xis6 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We use certified software from trusted game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:
- Using any software, bot, or automated system to play.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Unfairly exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
- Harmful coordinated betting with other members.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
5.3 Technical Errors
Game results may be considered void due to software or server errors. In such situations, xis6 will endeavor to refund the wagered amount appropriately. However, claims for incorrect prizes displayed as a result of an error will not be accepted.
6. VIP & Loyalty Program
6.1 VIP Tiers
xis6 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
6.2 Tier Advancement
xis6 determines tiers based on a member's active participation and play history. There is an opportunity for promotion to a higher tier by remaining consistently active. Contact our support team to learn more about VIP tiers and benefits.
6.3 VIP Benefit Conditions
Cashback and VIP benefits are provided under specific terms and conditions. These benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms. xis6 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
7. Commitment to Responsible Gaming
7.1 Age Verification & Protection
xis6 is firmly committed to protecting minors from gambling. This platform is for those aged 21 or above only. Under any circumstances, using or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

Members may request to set deposit limits, betting limits, or login time limits. xis6 is committed to implementing these limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; a specific waiting period applies when increasing a limit.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
xis6 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. xis6 will not be liable for any loss arising from this.
9.2 Third-Party Services
Payment gateways and game providers are third-party services. xis6 is not directly liable for delays, errors, or losses caused by their operations, however we will try to assist in resolving such issues.
9.3 User's Own Decision
The decision to play on the platform is entirely your own. There is a possibility of losing money through play. xis6 does not guarantee any prizes or winnings. Play responsibly and stay within your limits.
10. Account Closure & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Account Closure by xis6
In cases of violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or suspicious transactions, xis6 may suspend or close an account without prior notice. Legitimate deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned if no violation is proven upon investigation.
10.2 Account Closure by Member
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing the account, all applicable conditions must be met and any existing balance must be withdrawn.
10.3 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or complaint must first be submitted to our support team. We review all complaints impartially and endeavor to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, an appeal for reconsideration may be made to xis6's senior management.
